It leverages the Channel Readiness Audit to develop all your missing elements.

In the Bootcamp Nangle+Partners can produce everything from legal documentation (reseller contracts) to sales tools (channel-ready sales presentations) to sales training materials to channel program policies and processes to compensation models.

This phase will vary in length depending on the amount of work required to prepare for a solid channel launch.
